The Process

We see big potential in every moment, and care deeply about what we do every day. Our experience begins with your inquiry, which we respond with our thank you email and our wedding brochure. We will then send you our wedding intake form to collect some details about your wedding. Once you have completed this form we will schedule our consultation.
2. Client Consultation
Phone, in-person, or skype
Before we start planning your dream wedding we want to get to know you. At this meeting we will learn your story, wedding vision, and your expectations. We work so closely together on such an important day that it's important we're a great fit for one another! Once we've decided that we're a match we can move forward in the process to secure your wedding date.
3. Site Visits
Finding a venue
We will help you find your dream wedding venue based on your vision and design elements of your wedding day. We dedicate three venues tours to find your dream venue. At this visit we will discuss floor plans, bridal party accommodations, venue spaces including ceremony, cocktail and reception. We've partnered with several venues in the Washington D.C. area to insure we meet your wedding expectations.
4. Vendor Selection
Florals, Photography, Musicians, luxury rentals, etc.
We've partnered with talented wedding professional to better serve you. We we build your vendor team based on personality connections, budget, and location. While you are absolutely welcome to book your own vendors we do provide you with a list of our professional vendors at the time of booking.
5. Planning process
Full Planning and month of coordination
We will tackle logistics such as timeline, wedding day itineraries, floor plans, and seating charts. We will also work with you in the design process, which we will develop a design inspiration board to include floral designs, rentals, linens, lighting, etc to show you what your wedding day will look like virtually. Lastly, we will attend vendor meetings to include tastings, dress fittings, and stationery meetings, etc.
Wedding day!
The day you've dreamed about is finally here and we will be sure to make it Lavish! Our wedding day packages include a maximum of 12 hour day coverage, which includes set-up and breakdown for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We will also organize and oversee that vendors fulfill there contractual obligations. Our team will assist the bride and her bridal party in getting ready. Your wedding day will be the most magical and memorable day of your life!
