overall budget management and vendor payment tracking throughout the planning process
vendor recommendations and contract negotiations for all vendor areas for the Wedding Day
overall design and layout for all wedding events on Wedding Day
vendor management from start to finish
unlimited calls and meetings throughout planning process
Partial Planning ANDDesign Package
The Partial Planning Package is the perfect package for the couple who has some of their planning done but would like a planner to step in to pull all of the details together.
OUR PARTIAL PLANNING
SERVICE
INCLUDES:
Unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event
Up to 5 planning sessions including one walk through
Management of design Client Access to Prestige planning software
Management of all design vendors
Overview of Wedding design including a design proposal
Month of CoordinationPackage
This package is perfect for the couple who has planned their wedding on their own but wants to make sure the day is seamless and stress-free.
OUR MONTH OF COORDINATION INCLUDES:
Prior to the wedding, we will review all final contracts
develop a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm details and logistics with all vendors
lead a final walk through at your venue(s) with your vendors.
On the day of, our team will ensure that all events are running on time, oversee setup and breakdown, cue musicians and other key vendors.
You will take pride in knowing that not only you but your family will be able to relax and enjoy themselves on your Wedding Day!
